Our office is located on Jl. Kemang Raya, in the heart of South Jakarta's creative district — a 5-minute walk from Kemang Selatan TransJakarta bus stop and 15 minutes by car from Blok M MRT station. Paid parking is available in the building basement.
For Subscribers Outside Jakarta
If you live outside Jakarta and would prefer to handle your subscription enquiry by chat, our WhatsApp team is fully equipped to resolve billing, delivery, and product issues remotely. We do not maintain walk-in service centres in other cities — our Jakarta office is the only physical location, and this keeps our overhead (and therefore our subscription prices) lower.
